Zermatt is car-free. If you want to travel by car, you can drive to Täsch and take the shuttle train from there to Zermatt.
The Matterhorn Terminal multi-storey car park in Täsch offers safe parking for your vehicle with 2,100 covered parking spaces. If you are arriving by electric car, there are 131 parking spaces with a charging station available in the terminal.
The train station with convenient shuttle trains to Zermatt is located under the same roof. The fast and comfortable journey takes just 12 minutes. There are luggage trolleys waiting for your luggage, and you can also take them with you on the train to Zermatt.

The Gornergrat Railway is located in Zermatt, in the canton of Valais. The valley station is right in the centre, opposite Zermatt railway station. You can cross the road in just a few steps and continue your journey immediately.
