There are mountain restaurants at practically every station along the train line – from small but exquisite restaurants to gourmet cuisine. There is something for every taste. At over 3,100 metres above sea level, the Kulmhotel offers magnificent views. The Riffelalp Resort lies at 2,222 metres above sea level and features culinary highlights and gourmet cuisine.
Yes, there are several stops, such as Riffelalp and Riffelboden. You have a fantastic view of the mountains from all stations and numerous hikes start from these stations. Your ticket entitles you to get off at any station and board again later. Each section can only be travelled once per direction.

Bicycles are not permitted on the Gornergrat Railway. We also do not transport bikes in the TranZBag.
Yes, 3100 Kulmhotel Gornergrat is on the Gornergrat and is the highest hotel in the Swiss Alps. There are also hotels at the Riffelberg and Riffelalp stations. However, camping is prohibited in the Gornergrat region.
